Product photographs are supplied by our manufacturing partners and are used with authorization. We do not claim authorship of supplier photography.

MODARINE is the trading name of Meridian Fulfilment System Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17352468). Third-party names or marks that may appear on the site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on modarine.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@modarine.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
2. The exact URL(s) on modarine.com where the material appears;
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

Repeat infringers

We terminate business relationships with partners who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time you placed your order.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier disruptions, weather events, or service outages).
