Once approved, we email you a return authorisation and simple instructions.
After we receive and check your item, we refund you to your original payment method.
Return postage is covered by you for change-of-mind returns, and by us if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Please don't send anything back before your return is approved — unauthorised parcels may be delayed or refused.
