Modarine respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of others. This page explains what is protected on our site and how to submit an infringement notice.

Our content

The Modarine name, logo, site design, page layouts and the texts we write — product descriptions, guides and policies — are the property of Meridian Fulfilment System Limited or are used with permission. They may not be copied, scraped or reused for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Product imagery

Product photographs are supplied by our manufacturing partners and are used with authorization. We do not claim authorship of supplier photography.

Trademarks

MODARINE is the trading name of Meridian Fulfilment System Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17352468). Third-party names or marks that may appear on the site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on modarine.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@modarine.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
2. The exact URL(s) on modarine.com where the material appears;
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate. We may also submit a counter-notice process to the party that posted the material, as provided by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
